# Overview

## What is Nectar?

Nectar protocol builds easy-to-use structured products on top of perpetual DEX's for all users to access hedging and leverage with a simple interface. We are creating a new type of crypto primitive that is accessible for all and opens doorways to new strategies. 

Our goal is to demystify the most complex perpetual trading strategies and distill them into tokenized form.
